DIMM
Descriptions
Two 168pin DIMM Socket is provided and the maximum of 256MB Memory can be mounted.
DRAM only supports 3.3V SDRAM(Synchronous DRAM). DIMM can be used singulary, and
also two DIMMs with different capacity can be inserted to use. The basic specification must
compliant with Intel PC SDRAM Unbuffered DIMM Specification.

(Input from Chipset via Clock buffer)
PC100 compliant (for 100MHz clock)DIMM can be used.

Serial PD (SPD) : Must compliant with Intel PC SPD Specification
(Memory information acquisition)
Operation Mode: Compliant with Self-reflsh mode
