4.3 TIMING BELT TENSION ADJUSTMENT

This adjustment is to change the tension of the timing belt to a proper level.   this adjustment is not

performed properly, 

 printing settings will be interfered.

This adjustment is required when you loosened the timing belt for disassembling or assembling the

printer or when the 

 print position cannot be aligned.

[Step 1] Center the carriage.

[Step 2] Loosen the 3 screws 

 screw 

 the MOUNTING PLATE 

 PULLEY,

DRIVEN to the frame.

[Step 3] Engage the tensiOn gauge to the hook of the MOUNTING PLATE 

 PULLEY, DRIVEN and

adjust the belt tension. Tension value: 1,500
