3.2.7.9 Disassembly of PLATEN 

[Step 1] Remove the housing. (Refer to section 3.2.1.)

[Step 2] Remove the printer mechanism. (Refer to section 3.2.4.)

[Step 3] Remove the CAP 

 (Refer to section 3.2.7.2.)

[Step 4] Remove the FRAME, FRONT. (Refer to section 3.2.7.4.)

[Step 5] Remove the PAPER HOLDING 

 (Refer to section 3.2.7.1.)

 Unscrew 

 (C. B. 

 

 fasten the COVER, PLATEN 

 frame,

LEFT/RIGHT, and remove the COVER, PLATEN.

[Step 7] Remove the E-ring (3) which fixes the GUIDE, PAPER EJECT to the left frame and remove the

GUIDE, PAPER EJECT.

[Step 8] Unscrew the 2 screws 

 screw 

 which fasten the PAPER GUIDE 

SUPPORT to the frame, LEFT/RIGHT, and remove the PAPER 

 SUPPORT.

[Step 9] Remove the PUMP 

 and the CLEANER 

 (Refer to section 3.2.7.3.)

[Step 10] Unscrew 

 screw 

 which fastens the SENSOR SUB 

 PW to the TOP EDGE

HOLDER., and remove the SENSOR SUB 

 PW while separating the FPC (connected

to the sensor) from the adhesive double coated tape.

[Step 11] Hook off the GROUNDING SPRING.
