Set / Reset OCR Character Print mode
This code can set or reset OCR Character print mode.
Note:
This command code is a new code and is only valid in PR 9 .

This command code sets character left rotate 90 degree print mode.

This mode is valid when working mode is SHIFT JIS mode or when working mode is
CHINA mode. When this mode is valid all printable characters, except those are listed
below, will be rotated to left 90 degree.
