Disconnect all interface cables and the projector lens cover.

Then connect the power cable.

Do the operation and lamp

indicators display the first 3

conditions described in the

table on the next page?

Does the exhaust fan work?

Refer to the table on next

page according to the lamp

indication.

Now does the exhaust fan

work?

Replace the main board.

Replace the exhaust fan.

Press the Power button on the control
panel. Does the operation or lamp
indicator light up or blink?

Make sure CN600 is

connected. Then replace

the control panel.

Press the Power button on the control
panel. Does the operation or lamp
indicator light up or blink?

Replace the power supply

unit.

Is the lamp cover secured to

the lower case?

Install the lamp cover and
lamp inner housing again.

Replace the safety switch.

Is the safety switch

resistance almost 0 ohms?

Disconnect the power

cable.

•

Disconnect the

Fast-on tab from the
safety switch.

•

Measure the safety

switch resistance.

Go to Start

Go to Display/

Picture.

AC Measurement Point

Caution:

Measure the resistance when the safety

switch has cooled down.
