4.3.15 Installation of Cabinet Front
1. Connect the harness of the Holder Motor Barrier to CN981 of the PW1
Board.
2. Connect the harness of the SY2 Board to CN351 of the TB2 Board.
3. Install the Cabinet Front, and make sure that 2 hooks are properly secured
(see Figure 4-29).
4. Fix the Cabinet Front with one screw (1.7x5) (1).
(Tightening torque: 1.3 ~ 1.7kgf-cm)

5. Fix the left side of the Cabinet Front with 2 screws (1.7x4.0) (2).
(Tightening torque: 1.0 ~ 1.4kgf-cm)
6. Fix the bottom of the Cabinet Front and Back with 8 screws (1.7x5.0) (1) at
the left side of the Cabinet Front.
(Tightening torque: 1.3 ~ 1.7kgf-cm)
7. Fix the Holder Battery and the Cabinet Back with 5 screws (1.7x5.0) (2).
(Tightening torque: 1.3 ~ 1.7kgf-cm)

C A U T I O N
Be sure to use screws (2) with a designated length to fix the
Cabinet Front (see Figure 4-29). Use of any other screws
may cause distortion of the Cover Battery, and may
eventually make it impossible to insert batteries.
