Disassembly and Assembly

Assembly Procedure

4.3.10  Assembly of Cover Top

1.

Install the ST1 Board (1) on the back of the Cover Top, and fix it with one 
screw (2x5) (2).
(Tightening torque: 1.8 ~ 2.2kgf-cm)

2.

Solder the Terminal Flash on the ST1 Board.

NOTE: When soldering, support the Terminal Flash from the underneath 

as it can fall off easily.

4.3.11  Installation of SY1 Board

1.

Install the Holder Chassis B (see 4.3.8 “Installation of Holder Chassis B”).

2.

Connect the harness of the VF to CN305 of the SY1 Board.

3.

Connect the FPC of the SY2 Board to CN304 of the SY1 Board.

4.

Connect the FPC of the Unit Dial (2) to CN303 of the SY1 Board.

5.

Connect CN301 of the SY1 Board to CN106 of the CA2 Board.

6.

Fix the SY1 Board with 2 screws (1.7x4.0) (3).
(Tightening torque: 1.0 ~ 1.4kgf-cm)
