Chapter 8 Cleaning and Transporting the Printer

Cleaning the paper roller

Follow these steps to clean the paper roller:

1. Make sure of the printer is turned off.

2. Remove the appropriate paper cassette from the printer while

lifting up the cassette slightly.

3. Gently wipe the two paper rollers inside of the cassette unit

with a well-wrung cloth.

4. Reinsert the cassette in the printer.
