Is the file name too long?
The file name can be up to 8 characters long. For file names longer than this, the middle of the name is
omitted to shorten the name to 8 characters.
Are there any 2-byte characters in the file name?
Only alphanumeric characters and symbols can be used in file names. Any other characters are replaced with a
question mark (?).
Cannot change settings using a Web browser

Are the user ID and password correct?
Enter "EPSONWEB" as the user ID. This cannot be changed. Enter the user ID even if the password setting is
disabled. Enter the characters set for the Web Control Password as the password. The default password is
"admin".
