A.6  Large Capacity Paper Unit

This section provides information on the optional Large Capacity Paper 
Unit. 

The Large Capacity Paper Unit is installed beneath the printer. It 
consists of the 3 paper cassettes (250 sheets x 3) and also 
accommodates the standard universal cassette. (Standard A3W 
cassette can not be used.) The printer and the Large Capacity Paper 
Unit are electrically connected with connectors, and when the printer is 
turned on, the printer detects the Large Capacity Paper Unit and also 
the paper sizes and paper presence/absence condition in the cassettes. 
Power is supplied to the Large Capacity Paper Unit via the printer.
