DOPS / DAPS System, verknüpfte Funktionsausgänge
Alle Kontakte sind in Grundstellung dargestellt, d.h. alle Relais befinden sich in Ruhelage.
Dies bezieht sich auf den Betriebszustand
„Arbeitsstrombetrieb“
und
„Bedingung nicht
erfüllt“
.
Im Register „Grenzwerteinstellung“ der Konfigurationssoftware kann für jeden Ausgang die
Bedingung gewählt und die Wirkungsrichtung wahlweise auf Arbeitsstrom oder Ruhestrom
eingestellt werden.
Arbeitsstrom:
Das Relais dieses Ausgangs ist in Ruhelage und zieht an, sobald die programmierte Bedin-
gung erfüllt ist.
Beispiel:
GW n > 90%
oder
OUT1: GW = +0.25 mm
Solange die Drehzahl < 90% (DOPS) oder die Dehnung < 0.25mm ist (DAPS), ist die Grenz-
wertbedingung nicht erfüllt und das Relais bleibt im Ruhezustand. Bei Überschreiten dieser
Werte ist die Bedingung erfüllt und das Relais zieht an.
Ruhestrom:
Das Relais dieses Ausgangs ist aktiv geschaltet und fällt ab wenn die programmierte Bedin-
gung erfüllt ist.
Beispiel:
Trip > 110%
oder
Trip: GW = +0.75 mm
Solange die Drehzahl <110% (DOPS) oder die Dehnung < 0.75 mm ist (DAPS), ist die Be-
dingung nicht erfüllt und das Relais bleibt angezogen. Werden diese Werte überschritten, so
ist die Bedingung erfüllt und das Relais fällt ab.
