Activate coolant flow
Open the plugs fort he coolant
Activate the coolant pump with the switch „coolant pump“
The coolant pump starts to work as soon as you activate the drive.
4.10 Machine light
The machine has an illumination of the working face. The switch therefore is
located at the face side of the control box.
4.11 Centre sleeve fetching
The centre sleeve is turned back by dint of the heald spring motion. The heald
spring motion is balanced at the weight of the centre sleeve and clamped tool.
You can adjust the heald spring motion by declamping the central screw at the
spring housing and turn the complete housing and arrest again.

4.12.1
General notes
Remove all unnecessary work parts (tool etc.) from the machine
Ascertain that the running direction is given
Check the blameless condition of the tool
Only work with orderly tool
Only use Step drills, HSS drills, hole saws or reamers that are
adequate for the material
4.12.2
Fixing the work part in the vice
Ascertain that the work part is clamped correct and feast in the vice
Shore up overlaying parts with a support block
