Motor
Both motors are not
working
Low battery, PAS level is
0, throttle component not
functioning
Check the battery status
Check the PAS level, it
should be (1-5)
Motor
One motor is spinning
slowly
Motor damage, controller
damage, belt tension
or misalignment, ice
accumulation
Check the tension of the
belt, both belts should
have identical flexibility
Check the belt tensioner at
the rear of the tracks
Check if ice has
accumulated in the tracks
Motor
Left motor stops when
right brake is applied /
right motor stop when left
brake is applied
Cables are mismatched
Check the label on the
controller and display,
Ensure (L=L) and (R=R)
Swap the brake cable
connectors
Headlight
Not turning on
Cables are not connected,
cables are damaged
Check to ensure the cables
are properly attached
Check for cable damage
Contact us for a
replacement headlight and
connector
Battery
Not charging
Damaged charger / pins,
battery cells imbalanced
Check the battery voltage
with a multimeter or on
the display. Fully charged
battery voltage should be
around 54V
Battery
Battery sparks when
charger is inserted
This is normal
When the battery is fully
drained and you connect
the charger, a small spark
is normal, turn off the
battery and then insert the
charger to the wall plug
