5. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
5.1. U N B OX I N G
Your SnowKart will arrive fully assembled on a wooden palette. Be cautious when removing the
wrapping around your SnowKart. Carefully remove the SnowKart from the pallet. It’s best to
complete this process with two people, with one on either side.
5.2. G E N E R A L A S S E M B LY
Although your SnowKart will come fully assembled we felt it was important to provide assembly
instructions that can be utilized if you need to make adjustments to your product. The SnowKart
is a DIY product for early adopters with a mechanical background. The assembly information
provided is designed to give you a thorough understanding of your machine and its components.
Customized DIY assembling of the snow track and its accessories requires creativity and
a technical mind. Failure to properly install the product may cause serious damage to the
SnowKart and/or severe injury.
1. The SnowKart assembly was developed by using the aluminum round tube of standard size.
The base assembled structure of the round tube of the SnowKart is depicted below. Figure 5A
You can increase the length and width of the snow kart by simply using the longer aluminum
round tube. * Some of the round tube might not be changeable
