3. Next, remove the fi rebox baffl e by unscrewing the two screws indicated in Figure 44. Lower the front
of the baffl e down and then lift it out of the two locating screws at the rear of the fi rebox.
4. Carefully remove the left, rear, and right porcelain panels from the fi rebox.
5. Remove the screws at the top front corners of the fi rebox
6. Install the rear ceramic panel fi rst by sitting it on the ledge
at the rear of the fi rebox (see fi gure 45), then follow with
the left and right panels
7. Install the supplied brick panel retainers (see Figure 46) on
each side of the fi rebox above the ceramic panels. Make sure
the panels are plum with the front of the fi rebox.
8. Re-install the fi rebox baffl e.
9. Re-install the tray and glass media.
10. Re-Install the glass door

Turn off the gas control knob and allow the
unit to cool.
Please ensure that your ceramic panels have not
been damaged.
Note
: The front porcelain panel (hood) will still
be used with optional panels.
To Install Panels:
1. Remove the glass door by following the
instruction in the “
m
aIntenance
and

erVIce

l” section and remove the
glass media and tray.
2. Remove the top porcelain panel by un-screwing
it from the fi rebox baffl e as shown in Figure 43
using a T20 screwdriver.
