NOTE: The firebox liners are fragile and should be handled gently.
1.
Ensure the E33 is turned off and allow the unit to cool.
2. Remove the glass door as shown in the

WARNING:
Do not touch or attempt to remove the glass if the fireplace is not completely cool.
Never operate the fireplace with the glass removed.

The log grate is removed next by
simply lifting it off the grate tabs.

Carefully remove the front liner (if
installed) on the bottom of the firebox by picking
it up gently.

Remove the 6 screws highlighted in
figure 50 using a Torx T-20 screwdriver and
remove the air deflector

Lift the burner off the mounts and pull
it out of the inlet box. The unscrew the panel
brackets (T20’s) from each side of the baffle to
remove the left and right side liners.
3. Remove the log set and all ember material (if installed).
4. Use the following steps to remove the liners and the burner tube.
NOTE: Follow the steps in the reverse order for reassembly.
