Troubleshooting

4. 

Rotate the drive gear to move the card out of the RIM. 

                                                            

5. 

Reconnect the RIM and printer. Align the RIM directly behind the printer and slide it into 

position as straight as possible. 

                                                            

6. 

Plug the power supplies into the printer and RIM. Then, plug the power cords into the facility 

power source.

7. 

Restart the printer.

                                                  

Caution: 

Do not attempt to connect the RIM at an angle as this can damage the 

electrical connection.
