STORAGE AND TRANSPORT
This chapter contains information about the storage and transport of the Radarmed 650 and
the storage conditions for the spare parts.
5.1
STORAGE
The Radarmed 650 and any accessories must always be stored in their original packing.
The long term storage conditions are:
-
The unit must be stored at room temperature (± 20 °C).
-
The relative humidity should be less than 50%.
-
The storage room must be clean, dust-free and ventilated.
For the spare parts of the Radarmed 650 the above mentioned requirements also apply.
5.2
TRANSPORT
The Radarmed 650 and any accessories should always be transported in its original packing.
This packing withstands normal shocks and vibration caused by transport.
During transport and short term storage the temperature should be between - 40 °C and + 70
°C. The absolute temperature is not too important, however, rapid fluctuations in temperature
must be avoided.
