BEFORE ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the appliance from the packaging and lay all components out on a flat surface.
2. Wash all detachable components (food pusher, hopper, auger, filter, seal, juicing chamber, pulp
container and juice container) in lukewarm water, then dry them well. Warning: to avoid the risk
of electrocution, do not immerse the motor base in water.
3. Set the appliance up following the instructions in this manual.
N.B.: ensure that the plug is not attached to the power source and that the switch is in the "O"
position.
On the bottom of the juicing chamber there is a securing seal which which may move during
cleaning operations. Remember to return it to its original position, as otherwise it will not be
possible to attach the juicing chamber to the motor base and the appliance will not work as it
should.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLY
1. Position the seal at the centre of the juicing chamber, then attach the juicing chamber to the
motor base, making sure that the pins of the motor base correspond to the openings on the

2. Attach the filter to the juicing chamber: make sure that the opening in the filter for pulp removal
is aligned with the chute that conveys the pulp from the juicing chamber. If assembly has been
carried out correctly, the red dots on the juicing chamber and the filter should be aligned. (see
figure 2)
N.B.: on the opposite side of the filter to the pulp removal chute, there is a protrusion which
must be slotted into the concave part of the juicing chamber.
3. Insert the shaft of the auger onto the shaft of the motor base, above the seal, see figure 3. Twist
