Power Lost or Device Disconnect
1. System powering off, the inserted device powering off or unexpected connection failure
during the recording process may cause substantial damage to the device or make
underlying mistakes to the file system

2. Abnormally interrupted recorded files are unable to be played, but after reconnection
between the device and the system, it will recover automatically while it is setting up
partition

3. The file-recover function: it can recover the file from recorder starting to 2 minutes
before the interruption happens. If the length of the damaged file is shorter than 2 minutes,
the file cannot be recovered again and will be deleted automatically. (the length depends
on Video bit rate and the minimum configured unit of the partition.
