Your Home Base won’t start up.
• Make sure the Home Base’s power adapter is plugged securely
into an outlet.
• If the plug is secure, unplug it and wait a few minutes before
plugging it in and trying again.
Your Home Base shows “Wi-Fi Off” as the “Current Wi-Fi Connection.”
• From the Wi-Fi Settings screen, tap “Enable Wi-Fi” to turn Wi-Fi on.
You don’t see the name of your wireless network.
• Wait a few seconds for the Home Base to refresh the list of
networks. If you still don’t see your network, it may be out of range
or not working properly. Try moving the Home Base closer to your
wireless router. Check that your wireless router is working by trying
to connect it to another device, such as a laptop or smart phone.
