Program Indicators

LED lights to indicate current program choice or user information selection. Use the 

up/down arrows under the Incline or Speed displays to cycle through each selection.

Incline Display

Displays the deckʼs incline percentage as your workout progresses. You can change 

the incline % at any time by pressing the up/down arrows under the readout window.

Course Profile Matrix

Displays the hills and valleys of your chosen fitness course

Time / Calories / Heart Rate / Distance Display

This window displays the elapsed time of your current workout, the amount of 

calories you have burned, your current heart rate and the distance you have run in 

miles. The light next to each category on the control panel signifies which 

information is currently displayed. You can cycle through the information by 

pressing the Enter button until the information you want is displayed.

GETTING STARTED

After the treadmill is correctly installed and plugged in, it's time to start our workout. 

Begin by pressing the power switch, located in the front of the treadmill near the 

power cord, to the
