5. Slide the spark plug connector onto the spark plug and
press it to the valve cover (see Fig. 17).
Make sure that metal touches metal, so that no electrical
connection is possible.
6. Set the motor switch to ON.
7. Pull the motor's starter cord and see if a strong ignition
spark is visible.

If necessary, replace the spark plug.

8. Screw the plug back in by hand, and then tighten it with
the spark plug wrench.
The spark plug has been inspected.

ATTENTION!
Grip the dry spark plug connector at the rear, as shown.
Otherwise, there is danger of electric shock.
