Maintenance
We recommend you perform regular visual inspections of the components. Endress
+Hauser also offers its customers Maintenance Agreements or Service Level Agreements
for this. For more information, see the next section.
10.1 Hauser services
Hauser offers a wide variety of services for maintenance such as recalibration,
maintenance service, system tests or device tests. Your Hauser Sales Center can
provide detailed information on the services.
10.2 Smart System SSP
10.2.1 Updates
Updates for the Smart System App are available from either the Apple AppStore or the
Google Play Store. Updates for the Modbus Edge Device are automatically installed by
Hauser. Where necessary, updates for the transmitter will be provided by your
Hauser Sales Center.
