Many common problems can be solved by checking whether the printer
is connected to a good power source.

Isolating problems

You can often quickly isolate problems with the printer, computer/printer
interface, or application software by:

1. Unplug the printer, then plug it in again. Does the green light come on?

2. Running a prime from the printer's software control panel (see p. 39) to

assure that all jets fire.

3. Performing a cartridge alignment and calibration.
