About Your SMARTCLIC Injection

You must ensure your patient is over the age of 18.
The Device is not intended for users under the age
of 18.
z
Your patient must not try to inject themselves until
you have shown them the right way to give the
injections, and they have read and understood the
Instructions for Use and User Manual.
z
You must decide whether your patient is capable
of giving their injections at home after you have
given them full training, and they have read and
understood the Instructions for Use and User
Manual.
z
Instruct your patient to notify you immediately if
they use their Device erroneously, forget to use
it, or otherwise feels the slightest abnormality in
their Device or their own body.
z
When you are notified of any serious incident
that has occurred in relation to this product by
your patient, please ensure to report it to the
Manufacturer and the competent authority of
the country in which the patient lives.
z
Advise your patient on the correct disposal
methods after use.
