2. WARNINGS
If a device malfunction occurs, it is advisable to switch off the air condi-
tioner through its remote control, before disconnecting the power supply.
Use the air conditioner only to
condition the room.
Do not use the air conditioner
for other purposes, for example:
drying laundry, preserving food,
breeding animals or cultivating
vegetables.
Avoid blocking the air entry and outlet grids.
This could reduce performance or cause damage to the air conditioner.
Do not put your fingers or other
objects into the sockets / outlets
and deflector swinging while the
conditioner is in operation. The
high speed of the fan is very dan-
gerous and can cause injury.
Avoid the use of heating equipments near the air conditioner.
Select the most suitable room temperature.
Be careful in rooms where there are children, sick and/or elderly people.
Do not install the air conditioner near sources emitting excessive
vapours (moisture, oils, etc.).
If you experience abnormal phenomena (eg a burning smell),
disconnect the power immediately and contact your dealer for
instructions on what to do. In this case, continue to use the air
conditioner may cause damage and create the risk of electric
shock and fire.

Please use fuses with the right amperage only.
(Never use pieces of cable to make temporary replacements. This
might cause fires too, not just a damage.
Do not pour or spray water on the air conditioner.
