Connect the USB cable(or USB wireless adapter) to a free USB port of your
hdMEDIA. On the EM7070 it needs to be a port on the frontside of the device.
(The port on the backside of the EM7070 is not suited for this.)

Connect your hdMEDIA to your television (or monitor).

Wait untill the welcome screen of the hdMEDIA is displayed.
5.
Press the button ‘Setup’ on your remote control.

Choose the option ‘Network’ and press on the ‘Enter’ button on your remote.

In the right column the active IP address of your hdMEDIA will be shown. This
will be ‘192.168.8.100’ for example.

Write down the IP address of your hdMEDIA below:

Choose in the left menu the option ‘NMT Applications’ and press the ‘Enter’
button on your remote control.
10. Check if at least the FTP service is enabled. (STARTED)
11. If FTP is not enabled, then navigate with your remote to the FTP option and
press the ‘Start’ button.
Leave the hdMEDIA in this screen. The rest of the installation needs to be completed
by using a computer that is connected to the same network as your hdMEDIA.
4.2 Install driver
Make sure that your computer is turned on and Windows is fully booted. Then follow
these steps to complete the installation on your hdMEDIA.
1.
To install the driver, you will need the setup.exe file that you can download from
our website, www.eminent-online.com.
2.
Double click on the file ‘setup.exe’ to start the installation.
3.
The configuration screen of the wBUS wireless adapter is now shown.
4.
Fill in the correct data of your wireless network, which you have wrote down in
chapter 2.0.
5.
Choose a Dynamic IP address, or a Fixed IP address. (Preferably a fixed IP
address.)
