Note:
1) The actual load capacity for each circuit should not exceed the capacity of its
corresponding control circuit breaker.
2) When the system operating ambient temperature is under 30
℃
, the operating
current of the circuit breaker derates to 95% rated value. When the system
operating ambient temperature is 50
℃
, the operating current of the circuit breaker
derates to 65% rated value. When the operating temperature is between 30
~
50
℃
,
the operating current of the circuit breaker refers to linearity derating of the two
points.
1) Connection of Load Cables
The specifications and model of the cables shall be selected according to the
actual load. Wiring shall meet the engineering design requirements. The
installation process is as following:
a. Be sure that each load circuit breaker corresponding to the distribution unit
are all on the disconnection state.
b. Connect the “+” end of the load to the corresponding connection terminal of
“LOAD(+)”.
c. Connect the “-” end of the load to the corresponding connection terminal of
“LOAD(-)”.
2) Connections of the Battery
Specifications and model of cables shall be selected according to the battery
capacity. Wiring shall meet the engineering design requirements. The
connection process is as follows:
