One-way
-
Video Server provides two kinds of one-way (unidirectional) streaming based on UTP to
clients;
MPEG-TS and RTMP
. Both are a kind of broadcasting where traffic from clients t
o a server is not generated at all.
-
MPEG-TS
is a standard format for transmission and storage of audio, video, and data, an
d is used in broadcast systems such as DVB and ATSC. Transport Stream is specified in
MPEG-2 Part 1, Systems (formally known as ISO/IEC standard 13818-1 or ITU-T Rec.
H.222.0). Transport stream specifies a container format encapsulating packetized eleme
ntary streams, with error correction and stream synchronization features for maintaining t
ransmission integrity when the signal is degraded.
As MPEG-TS itself supports only AAC as the audio algorithm, only video is streamed
when audio algorithm is set to G.711.

S stream.
➢

Set the Port of the Destination system which will receive MPEG-TS st
ream.
-
RTMP (Real-
Time Messaging Protoco
l)
is for streaming audio, video and data over inte
rnet between a Flash player and a server. (H.265 RTMP streaming is not supported)
➢
Destination IP :
Set the IP Address of the destination system which will receive RTMP S
tream.
