clean the cutting-means
assembly (par. 7.4.4)

loose bolts and screws
check and tighten all the
engine and frame bolts

Uncertain or
ineffective braking
the brake is not adjusted correctly

15. Erratic forward
movement, poor drive
when going uphill or
if the machine has a
tendency to rear up
problems with the belt or the
engagement device

With the engine
running, the machine
does not move when
the drive pedal is
pressed (hydrostatic
transmission models)
release lever in the gear
disengagement position
return it to the gear engaged
position (par. 5.13)

The machine starts to
vibrate abnormally and/
or has hit an object
damaged or loose parts
stop the machine and remove
the ignition key
inspect for damage
check for and tighten any loose parts
have all checks, repair work and
replacements carried out by a
specialized Centre only.
If problems persist after having performed the above operations, contact your dealer.
