You can connect an LED to connector (JFP1 Pin 1~2) to indicate when the HDD is
active.

Watchdog timer output (JWDT1)
The PCA-6782 contains a watchdog timer that will reset the CPU in the event the
CPU stops processing. This feature means the PCA-6782 will recover from a soft-
ware failure or an EMI problem. The JWDT1 jumper settings control the outcome of
what the computer will do in the event the watchdog timer is tripped.

This 5-pin header is for connecting infrared device connector.
