If the result is stable it will be transmitted. If the result is unstable and in the
FRAME SENDING
function the STABILE AND UNSTABLE parameter was set there will be sent the response frame
containing blank spaces in place of result digits. Otherwise nothing will be sent.

The byte No. 4 decides in what format will be sent the weighing result:
