installing and first using the appliance,
read this user manual carefully, including
its hints and warnings. To avoid
unnecessary mistakes and accidents, it
is important to make sure that anyone
who uses the appliance is thoroughly
familiar with its operation and safety
features. Save this user manual and
make sure that it remains with the
appliance if it is moved or sold, so that
anyone who uses it throughout its life
will be properly informed about its
usage and safety notices. For the safety

precautions in this user manual, as
the manufacturer is not responsible for
damage caused by neglect.
Safety of children and other vulnerable
groups
This appliance can be used by children
from the age of 8 upwards, and by
individuals with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or
instruction in how to use the appliance
safely and understand the hazards
involved. Children must not play with
the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance must not be carried out by
children without supervision.
Keep all packaging away from children
to avoid the risk of suffocation.
To dispose of the appliance, unplug
the appliance from the power socket,
cut off the power cord (as close to the
appliance as you can) and remove the
door so that playing children cannot get
an electric shock or become trapped in
the appliance.
If this appliance replaces an older
appliance that has a spring lock (latch)
on the door or lid, be sure to make the
spring lock unusable before you discard
the old appliance. This will prevent it
from becoming a death trap for a child.
