Create SmartStart Pack & Go

Menu bar - Pack & Go

This is a function to set up an executable file of LIBERO SmartStart including all required 
settings and configuration profiles.

This file permits the configuration of a LIBERO Cx with a given profile, without any addi-
tional programs and without installation.
