TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem

Possible cause

Solution

No mist

Battery is not charged

Plug the power cable in and press the power button

Insufficient water

Refill the water reservoir

Water is exceeding the max fill line

Dump the excess water out of the reservoir

The ultrasonic membrane is clogged with 

essential oil buildup

Clean the membrane by following the 

aforementioned instructions

Air bubble trapped above transducer

Empty the water reservoir and refill

CLEANING AND CARE, CONT'D

For a more-thorough clean, pour a 50/50 mixture of vinegar 

and water into the reservoir, then let it soak for 5 minutes. 

Clean reservoir walls, base, and ultrasonic membrane with 

a soft-bristle brush (not included) and rinse. NEVER touch the 

ultrasonic membrane with your fingers, as the natural oils in 

skin can damage the membrane. 
Clean the membrane every 2-3 weeks, depending on usage.
Clean and dry the unit before extended periods of inactivity.
