Each e-mail can receive more than one type of notice and the notifications can be different
for each e-mail.
The first e-mail contact receives a copy of the e-mails sent to the technician when the
operator clicks on the SEND MAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE button on the ANOMALIES and
ALARMS pages.
