Condensed water may flow out
of the product during humid
summer months. This is normal
for the product. However, if
condensed water keeps flowing
out of the product even in the
cold weather, please contact our
service center due to possible
leakage.
If alkali water is used over a
long period of time, some
problems may occur in the
product. In such situations,
use acidic water.
The same holds true for the
opposite case.
If the unit is not used for a few
days, let the water run for 1-2
minutes before consuming any
water from it.
