Disconnect the wire harnesses from OmniControl board. Unscrew 3 nuts to remove board.
The gate is too heavy.

The gate is hitting a wall or vehicle.

The gate has one or more broken
wheels.

A moving vehicle has hit the gate and
the gate is off the track.

Debris is on the gate's track such as
mud, rocks, dirt, etc.
