and the thermostat's capillary. If contamination is found, clean the above parts, taking particular care
not to damage the tubes.
4. Incorrect use.
a. Do not turn on electrical power until the heating module is submerged in water.
b. Do not clean the heating module chemically or mechanically with sharp tools.
c. The heating module must not be repaired on its own.
d. Do not immerse the heating module in any liquid other than that for which it was designed.
e. The heating module cannot work in the air.
f. The GRBT / GRBTN heating module should not be installed in devices with other heat sources
exceeding the maximum thermostat operating temperature: at single-phase 90°C, and triple-phase
105°C.
g. If another heat source (e.g. coal stove) is used, check the heating module for correct operation
after the heating season. In the event of a malfunction, perform the operations described in point 3a
and point 3b.
h. The heater housing must not be flooded.
WARRANTY CARD
1. Subject of the guarantee.
Under the conditions set out in this guarantee document, Eliko Mońka Sp. J. grants the buyer a
quality guarantee for the product specified in the Type field, hereinafter referred to as the heating
module, and undertakes to remove its manufacturing defects free of charge or, if it is impossible, to
replace it with a defect-free one within the time limits specified in point 5 of this warranty card. The
warranty applies to devices sold and used in the territory of the Republic of Poland and EU countries.
2. Warranty period.
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of sale, but no longer than 36 months from the date
of manufacture.
3. Obligations of the manufacturer.
Under the warranty, the manufacturer is obliged to repair a defective heating element, i.e. to:
a.remove defects resulting from causes attributable to the manufacturer,
b. replace the defective heating module with a one that is free from defects, if the repair is not
possible, or if, in the manufacturer's opinion, the repair will require more costs than its replacement.
4. Submitting a complaint.
If a heating module has stopped working, check whether the protection in the electrical installation
to which this heating module is connected is working. Then contact the manufacturer's business
partner, distributor or sales partner for your EU country in order to make a complaint. Complaint

5. Repair date.
The repair period is 14 days from the date of delivery of the heating module and complete
documentation to the manufacturer. In particularly justified cases, the repair period may be
extended by the period necessary to perform the warranty obligations.
6. Warranty coverage.
a. The warranty covers only defects caused by the manufacturer's fault.
