Replacing:
• Dismantle the brake calliper by removing the 2 M6 bolts
using the size 10 spanner.
• Remove the lock
• Gently remove the brake blocks on the underside of the
brake calliper.
• Only replace with original Magura brake blocks.
Note:
• Never depress the pistons if brake blocks have not been fitted as this could cause damage.
• When installing new brake blocks, the friction area must face inwards, towards the disc.
• Then replace the lock
• Replace the brake calliper in the usual place
• Then engage the brakes several times (pump them) until the brake blocks set themselves
and a fixed pressure point is reached.

Lubricating and tensioning chain
The machine has 1 chain drive, that being the transmission between the hydrostatic engine
and the differential.
Its capacity and RPM are very limited, hence the choice for a single (simplex) chain.
Caution:
Never tighten the chain too tightly. Too much driving capacity would be required
as a result, leading to extra wear of the chain and sprockets. Furthermore, a high
radial tension can harm cap seals and bearings.
For your information:
When checking the chain tension, also check the chain and the sprocket for
extensive wear. If the teeth are worn the sprockets and chain must be replaced.
