Department
By selecting the [Department] menu, customer is able to define the department of a card
holder belongs to. If there is any Department has not in used, the customer may edit or delete
it.
4.4.2.3 Designation
By selecting the [Designation] menu, customer is able to define the designation of a cardholder
belongs to. If there is any designation has not in used, the customer may edit or delete it.
4.4.3
Report
There are 4 types of reports can be generated by clicking [REPORT] button, which are Staff,
Transaction, Attendance and Audit Trail Report. All the reports can be exported in PDF file.

Staff Report
The report show the staff database in the system and filtering is allowed.
