3.7.14 Double Swipe
Only the first transaction will trigger the lock/barrier within swiping duration.
Badge the same card multiple times within swiping duration, the controller
will detect the other transaction after the last valid card badge.
You can change the time to any other values, the values can choose
manually. For example, set to 5 second so within 5 second after the first
badge will not detect other transaction for same card. Need wait 5 second
after the last badge, the controller will detect other transaction.

Exit Door Time Zone
The controller by default Exit reader not use Time Zone. Can exit when
badge card at exit reader.
This command will set up the exit reader to use Time Zone.
