8.2. Maintenance of Hydro Balance
WARNING
As the Hydro Balance system might be under pressure, always remove
the system pressure before maintenance or repair.
To remove the system pressure:
1. Connect only the hose nr. 5 (basket lift) to the tractor hydraulic.
2. Move the tractor valve to down, or floating position.
3. Open the valve A to let oil from the system back to tractor. When the pressure gauge
B indicate 0, the system is pressure free.
8.3. Adjust the gap between tines and scraper bars
Sometimes tit is necessary to adjust the gap between the tines and the scraper bars. It is
done by mowing the entire rake element inside the basket frame. Loosen the nuts as the
picture show. Rotate the element by hand to ensure the gap and tighten.
