Troubleshooting
During talking, you can hear peep or the peep can be heard
while putting down the handset receiver
At first, reduce sensitivity of panel microphone
(MICROPHONE potentiometer) or reduce panel loudness
(LOUDNESS potentiometer). If the situation concerns a
specific handset, try to adjust the handset potentiometer
(not available in each model). Alternatively, try to set the
balance (BALANCE potentiometer).
During the talk, you can hear power grid hum
Too low central unit supply. Increase the supply (do not
exceed 15VAC)
Long supply cables. Increase the supply cables cross-
sections.
Too low output power of the central unit power supply.
Increase the power supply.
Panel displays the message: <ERR. EEPR>
Defective central unit internal memory. Contact service
facility.
Panel displays the message: <ERR. RFID>
Defective RFID reader system. Contact service facility.
Panel displays the message: <ERR. KEYB.>
Keyboard defective. Contact service facility.
Panel displays the message: <SHORT.LINE.>
Shorted handsets line. Eliminate the short-circuit.
Note: Having eliminated the shorting, panel may still
display the line shorting message for 10 s
Use of the general / individual code or RFID tag does not
open the electric lock, even though there is no information
on any erroneous code or not logged RFID tag.
Check if the permit to open the electric lock with general /
individual code or RFID code is set.
After selecting a flat, the panel displays the following
message:
NUMBER NOT FOUND
Selected number is not added to operated ranges (see
5.1.2)
Having selected a flat, the panel instantaneously returns to
displaying the main message
The following is set:
zero dialling time in general settings,
or zero ringing time in individual settings (see 5.3.1),
or zero ringing time for the dialled physical number of
handset in individual settings (see 5.4.1),
Handset No 1 is sometimes dialled when dialling other
handset
Problem occurring in some entry phone systems. Change
the handset No 1 addressing to other (see 5.1.2)
