Scissor Arm Part
2-1 How to Remove Scissor Arm
The operation shall be
executed when the scissor
arm is in fully retracted
state.
1.
Remove platform and platform electric
appliances (refer to the part of platform).
2.
Disconnect circuits and oil pipes connecting the
scissor arm with the chassis.
While removing rubber
hose and joint, it is a must
to remove and mark
O-rings at the end of rubber hose or hose.
3.
Fix the scissor arm with a traveling crane.
4.
Screw off the fastening bolts of the fixed pin
shaft.
5.
Pull out the pin roll with auxiliary means.
Operate with care to avoid
hitting or clamping the hands.
6.
Move the travelling crane parallelly to move the
sliding block out of the sliding chute.
7.
Remove the scissor arm as a whole.
2-2 How to Remove Lifting Cylinder
Hot or jetted hydraulic oil may cause injury to human
body. Therefore, it has to be confirmed that hydraulic
oil has cooled down before removing the pipe joint of
the hydraulic cylinder.
1.
Fix the scissor arm with the travelling crane and
lift the arm until the safety poles can be set up.
2.
Support the arm with support poles.
3.
Label, disconnect and plug rubber hoses and
joints on the hydraulic oil cylinder.
4.
Remove fixing bolts for guide sleeve of cylinder
piston rod.
5.
Remove axis pins.
Operate carefully to prevent fall
of oil cylinder.
6.
Remove fixing nuts connecting the tail of the oil
cylinder and the scissor arm.
7.
Remove bolts.
8.
Knock out the axis pin with a brass bar or other
auxiliary tools.
9.
Carefully pull out the oil cylinder.
