Replacing the return oil filter of hydraulic oil tank is
of great importance to the normal work and extension
of service life of the machine. A dirty or blocked filter
may cause the machine to operate abnormally. The
components might be damaged of such filter is used
further. It may be necessary to replace the filter
frequently under very dirty service conditions.
Be careful to the hot fluid.
Touching hot fluid may
cause serious burns.
Implement this procedure when the hydraulic pump is
turned off.
1.
Open the leftt side door of the chassis and find
the return filter.
2.
Place a suitable container under the return filter
of the hydraulic tank.
3.
Unscrew the oil return filter with a tool.
4.
Apply a thin film of oil to the new oil return filter
gasket.
5.
Install and tighten a new oil return filter with a
tool.
6.
Inspect the filter and relevant components to
ensure no leakage.
Procedure E
E-1 Inspect and Replace Hydraulic Oil
Inspecting and replacing the hydraulic oil is of great
importance to the normal operation of the machine
and the extension of service life. Dirty hydraulic oil
and strainers may cause the machine to malfunction
and continued use may result in damage to
components. A particularly dirty working environment
requires frequent replacement of hydraulic oil.
Before
replacing
the
hydraulic oil, it is
necessary to inspect the
hydraulic oil. Replace the hydraulic oil if required.
The procedure shall be
executed
when
the
platform is fully retracted.

Open the left door of the chassis and remove the
battery cable.
Shock hazard:
Contact with hot or live
wires can result in death or serious injury. Remove all
earrings, watches and other jewelry.
2.
Remove the oil drain plug, and drain the oil into
an appropriate container; the capacity of
hydraulic oil tank is 14L.
Risk of bodily injury:
The sprayed hydraulic oil
will leak or burn the skin. Loosen the hydraulic
connector slowly and do not let the oil spray.
3.
Disconnect and plug the oil suction pipe.
4.
Disconnect and plug oil return pipe at the place
