WARRANTY
Elementi AS guarantees the product's function and that accessories and parts are free from defects
during normal use and service for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
In the event of a fault, Elementi AS will, at its earliest convenience, repair or replace the defective
product. Each case is assessed individually. You will not be charged for the spare parts or the product.
However, it is the consumer's responsibility to return the product to the original place of purchase.
Elementi AS is not liable for consequential damages that exceed the purchase price of the product on
which this liability is based, and the warranty does not cover costs where shipping, removal and
installation is concerned.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to devices intended for non-commercial personal
use.
Under this warranty agreement, all gas lines must be installed by a licensed gas technician. Damage
caused during shipping and misuse is not covered by this warranty. Dents, scratches and natural
weathering are not covered by this warranty. The Lava stone is not covered under this warranty.
Improper installation, repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Elementi, will void this
warranty, and any damage caused by such is not covered by this warranty.
Minor peeling, discoloration, "water staining" and non-structural thin cracks, are typical of the material
of this product and are not covered by this warranty. Some colours and textures are typical of the
material and finish of this product and are not covered by this warranty.
The lightweight concrete is made by hand, and thereby, the finish of the product will vary. There will be
a colour variation of up to 15% in each unit. There may also be uneven structure or pattern, as well as
small holes in the surface caused by air or water trapped on the surface during casting. This is
common on cast concrete and is not covered by the warranty.
