PROPANE BOTTLES
• Always keep at least 1.2 m distance between the appliance and the propane bottle if it does
not have its own cabinet.
• The propane bottle used must comply with current national regulations.
• The propane bottle should have a collar to protect the bottle valve and only be 80% filled.
• See your gas supplier for instructions on how to use and handle propane bottles.
• Never use a propane bottle with a damaged body, valve, collar or foot ring.
• Replace the propane bottle in a well-ventilated area, away from sources of ignition
(candles, cigarettes, etc.).
• If the appliance is stored indoors, disconnect the propane bottle outdoors in a ventilated
area.
IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES
• This appliance is not equipped with an "atmospheric sensor".
• To be used only outdoors and used only in good weather conditions with not too much rain
or wind.
• The use of this appliance in enclosed spaces can be dangerous and is PROHIBITED.
• You should be aware of the high temperatures when using this appliance.
• Children should be supervised when near the appliance.
• NEVER hang anything, including clothing or other flammable objects, on this appliance.
• DO NOT operate this appliance unless it is properly installed and with all the parts
mounted.
• Minimum clearance is 1.2 m from combustible materials, and any wall (left, right or front,
rear including ceiling).
• We recommend the use of suitable protective equipment (protective glass) to protect the
young and the elderly.
• Do not be too close to the appliance during use.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• The appliance should be inspected at least once a year by an experienced person.
• More frequent cleaning may be necessary when in frequent use.
• Any protective device / windscreen that has been removed before maintenance must be
replaced before use.
• Keep the surface clean and free of flammable materials.
• Use warm soapy water for cleaning. Never use flammable or corrosive cleaning agents.
• When washing, make sure that the area around the burner ring is always dry.
• If the control panel is exposed to water in any way, DO NOT attempt to use it. It needs to be
replaced.
• The air flow must be unobstructed.
• Keep the control panel, burner and circulating air valve clean.
