Automatic drying cycles: the drying time is governed by the microprocessor so that the desired degree of
dryness is achieved.
The drying cycle can be performed at the end of the washing cycle, or as a separate programme. Various types
of drying can be selected:
- extra-dry
- cupboard-dry
- iron-dry
Time-controlled cycle: the drying time is selected by the user (maximum 130 minutes for cotton and synthetic
fabrics).
Cooling: a cooling cycle is performed at the end of every drying cycle
.
Anti-crease: after the cooling phase an anti-crease phase of a 10-minute duration is performed.
The drying heaters
are powered directly by the main board via two relays
.
In cycles for synthetic fabrics, drying is performed with only one heater switched on (half power); in cotton/linen
cycles, both the heaters are switched on (full power).
The fan motor is powered via a relay;
the
condensation solenoid
is powered by a triac
.
The washing of the condenser occurs at the beginning of the last rinse.
